Habitaciones cómodas, limpias y está muy cerca del centro, el trato de recepción fue muy amable, sin duda volvería a reservar en mi próxima visita a Chignahuapan.
Excelente habitación, servicio pero la ubicación está algo retirada del centro ya que los que están en el centro están de casi mil peso la noche..... Ofrecen desayuno incluido en el precio dependiendo la habitación rondan los precios entre $550-$750 Tiene a 5 la laguna cierran a las 6pm la laguna.
Es un hotel pequeño y económico, con habitaciones que cuentan con lo necesario para descansar. Tienen agua caliente y servicio de internet decente, sin embargo la seguridad no es tan buena porque se puede abrir la puerta sin complicaciones ya que la ventana de la habitación no tiene seguro. Los colchones son cómodos y no pasas frío.
Esta muy bien el Hotel, sólo que marqué para que me dieran información y me dieron un precio y al llegar nos dijeron que se habían ocupado y nos subieron el costó, no me gustó esa situación

Great place, the first time we got a teeny tiny room, but man, oh, man, the second time was totally different. We got a huge room, at a lower price, and it was really late, it was like 1 am.

La atención del personal es muy buena, limpieza total en sus habitaciones y además vale cada peso que se paga en la habitación. Una felicitación a quienes laboran ahí, además es un lugar muy cerca de la villa iluminada y del centro de Chignahuapan. El desayuno de cortesía es muy bueno, vale la pena y todos te atienden amablemente.
Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos el día 13 y 14 de diciembre. El hotel incluida desayuno y estacionamiento incluso si ya habías entregado la habitación. Se encuentra a 4 calles del centro. El personal super amaba y servicial
